Main function
This series of microcomputer butt welding machines are suitable for welding high, medium and low carbon steel wires, stainless steel, alloy steel and other metal wires in the metal products industry, especially for high carbon steel wires and other metal wires with higher welding requirements.
Main feature
1. The mechanical structure is sturdy and durable. The mechanical welding parameters are set simultaneously by only one control lever or handwheel. The annealing device is standard, and the annealing distance can be adjusted.
2.Welding, keep and annealing parameters are set and stored by microcomputer (PLC&HMI), which can accurately reproduce the welding, heat preservation and annealing effects, and novices can also operate easily and quickly;
3. Optional voltage regulation function, which can feedback and compensate for the change of input voltage, so as to stabilize the working voltage of the welding machine.
4. Optional three-stage annealing, which can be used for steel wires with high annealing requirements.
